Notes on Submitted Data

The following are precautions for creating data using Adobe Illustrator.

If you have difficulty submitting data in Illustrator, we can still accommodate you, so please refer to "Data Submission Without Illustrator."

 

1. File format: AI (Please outline fonts.)

 

2. Size/Resolution: Regardless of the size of the deck to be produced, please create a 9x34 inch rectangle at actual size, matching the template. If placing images (photos, paint data, etc.), we recommend 300dpi or higher at actual size.

 

3. Regarding template usage: Please be sure to use our designated template for submitted data. If the template is not used, there may be discrepancies in the finished product.

 

4. Color mode: Please submit in CMYK.

 

5. If you are placing images, please embed them.

 

6. Precautions for placement: The pink dotted line in the template indicates the actual deck size, but important designs such as logos and text should be placed within the light blue dotted line "safety zone" in the template. Since print alignment is done manually, designs that are too close to the edge may be chipped during pressing and cutting.

 

7. Regarding white: Since printing is done on a white base, transparent parts in the data will appear white in the finished product.

 

8. Other notes: Due to the printing process, slight deviations and color differences may occur.

 

※Since this service prints using the CMYK method, special colors such as the following cannot be reproduced:

・Metallic colors such as gold and silver

・Fluorescent colors (neon pink, fluorescent yellow, etc.)

・Glossy expressions such as pearl colors and holograms

 

We will create and send you an image based on the data you provide. Once you confirm it, we will proceed with production preparation.

 

Notes on color reproduction

While our service aims to reproduce colors as closely as possible to the submitted data, due to differences in printing machine characteristics, material (wood grain, texture), and your monitor environment, the colors on the screen and the actual finished product may not perfectly match.Additionally, due to the characteristics of the ink used, some colors may be difficult to reproduce.

Since each skateboard deck has a different surface condition, there may be subtle differences in color and texture even with the same data. Please be aware of this before ordering.
